How long does a rental last?1 month to as long as you want! You can rent month to month or reserve all the months you want at sign up.

What is included in a rental?Everything you need! We strive to make rentals as easy for you as possible! Including: - 2 currently laying hens - Our custom made chicken coop - Chicken feed - Feeder and waterer - Nesting straw - Educational booklet - Delivery and pick up - Us for any questions along the way!

Who can rent hens?There are three requirements to be eligible 1. Our rental area is roughly anyone within 40 minutes of XNA Airport. This includes most of Benton and Washington Counties. 2. We will double check your town ordinances and policies. As of January 2022, all towns except Springdale allow backyard poultry. 3. You are responsible for determining your housing communities policies (HOA, POA, etc.)

Can I rent if I have a cat or dog?Yes! Our coops are designed to keep out predators of many kinds. The hens have enough space that they do not need to be let out of the coop. However, you are responsible for the safety of the birds. A lost bird may result in $30 fee.

What happens if a bird dies or is lost?We will assess the situation and determine if the loss was preventable. There is a $30 fee for each lost bird.

What happens if we travel during a rental?You are welcome to get a friend, neighbor, or family to look after your hens while you are away. We also offer vacation care at $20/ day. We will keep your hens in their coop and make sure they have food and water once a day. We do ask that you schedule at least a week in advance.

Can I let the hens out of their coop?Yes, if you would like to. You will be responsible for the $30 lost bird fee if they are lost or taken by a predator. Check with your local ordinances to see if there are any restrictions.
